Triangle Behind Ear, Blood in Hair

In late 2017 I woke up one morning and found blood in my hair that had dried behind my right ear. When I washed my hair and looked in the mirror, I found what looked like three triangle dots directly behind my ear which had been the source of the blood. As if I had been injected with something that's needles were symmetrical and triangular in shape.
