On September 26th, 2026, during a discord call I was visited in my home by an NHI. I became aware of a presence in my room and could feel it behind me, for a brief second my vision split off to where I could see the room. It looked like reality had opened up and on the other side of the opening stood a 6 ft tall dark skinned, skinny figure who was silently watching me from behind the opening. It was quite literally like an area in my room split open revealing a new space. Unf

Several years ago, I believe in 2023 to 2024 I was visited one night by two beings I could not see. They woke me in the night, and I felt a strange sensation on my back. I was put into a trance state and gently floated out of my body to where I was levitating over my bed. I could sense that they were doing intense work on my physical body, primarily around the back area. I could feel the intense energy being condensed over my back. Then I was gently placed into my body, and e

I was meditating to rain sounds on May 19th 2026 when I projected into the hallway and gained vision of my living room. I saw a 5 to 6 ft tall dark blurry shadow humanoid blocking the exit. I don't recall any features, it looked like a stereotypical shadow person, but I sensed that it was something else and it was hiding its identity. I couldn't get a sense on whether or not it was malicious, but I did not feel fear I never have when I've encountered shadow beings.

After interacting with them during a memory recall they visited me again during meditation. I was able to achieve an out of body state and was transported to a hall made of light and color. In front of me different types of grey beings appeared looking at me. I was made to understand we were connected. Like some sort of shared intelligence. It wasn't in words; I could sense the information they wanted me to know. What's interesting is most of my interactions with the mantis p

During June 2026 one night while I was relaxing in bed I spontaneously appeared in my living room. It was pitch black and I could barely see anything. Another version of me lifted my hands into the air and started to touch all of my fingers to my thumbs in what seemed like some sort of calibration practice. This version of me remained aware and watching unable to understand what was happening or directly control the body. My fingers felt longer and skinnier than they should h

Around the middle of 2026 I gained consciousness in the middle of the night and was having a out of body experience while my physical body lay asleep in on my bed. I remember I was standing next to my bed and to my right there was a being with orange, beige skin and a very pointy chin. We were both watching my body silently.

This man has come up prior in the past for years in dreams visions and out of body experiences. I suspect that there is some repressed memories as well and memories tied to alters. I think he's tied to some of my milab experiences as well NHI. One night during August of 2026 after moving to a new apartment I was woken up one night in my room to the sound of a man speaking. I opened my eyes and I saw a man with black hair and white skin standing next to my bed. As soon as I

During March of 2025 I was doing the gateway process and was achieving remote viewing and astral projection. One of the first places that I projected to was some place in deep space surrounded by red nebula. In front of me I saw a black line going vertically in each direction as far as I could see. To the left and to the right of this line the fabric of space was flowing outwards into reality like a fluid. I remember seeing distant celestial bodies, but I cannot remember the

On May 23rd 2026 during a meditation retreat that I had taken with the intention of retrieving blocked memories, I travelled back into a previous memory and had a new interaction with mantis beings. During the meditation I was in an extremely deep trance state and was directing my intention towards retrieving a memory. My vision took me to a place I had stayed at earlier in my life when I lived with my ex-partner. We were both laying in the bed sleeping but I had become aware

During early March of 2026 while I was in my room meditating, I gained vision on my multiple occasions of these white egg-shaped crafts. The first time I saw one flying over the trees by my apartment before quickly flying away I remember it looked quite small and was glossy but did not seem metallic but a milky white color. There were no signs of thrusters or any visible forms of propulsion it was simply just moving through the air. On another occasion during this period, o

During late May of 2026 during a meditation retreat I had a really traumatic experience. I was taken during my meditation by a group of short brown beings covered completely in hair. The space that I was in was white and transparent very well-lit rooms stacked on top of each other so you could see into the upper floors. There were things happening in other rooms some of it seemed to be questionable morally. In the room that I was in the floor appeared to be solid and was whit

During May 23rd 2026 when I meditated using a mugwort and blue lotus tea I was taken by short bob emerther type beings. I became conscious in a small, rounded room with lots of black, purple and red colors and I was laying on some sort of table that was on a slightly elevated platform with round edges. To my right stood a group of I want to say maybe 10 or of these beings who seemed to be very robotic in nature and connected and consciousness. In front of them slightly higher

During mid to late 2025 after completing some of the gateway process and wanting to take a break from the intensity of its experiences, I decided to meditate for 3 hours for 3 days to rain sounds. During two of those nights while I was in meditation my awareness was transported to another location. The first one I appeared to be laying on some sort of table in a dark room and there was a bright white light shining directly over my face. I was in a trance state and did not r

This dream experience starts out with me at some sort of art event. A man with blonde hair and white skin approached me while i was checking out painting supplies. I can't remember what he said but he invited me to some sort of event at his house. I didn't have anything else planned and was curious what he had going on, so I followed him and we left in his car. We arrived at his house in a neighborhood, and I got out of his truck. I walked down the sidewalk to the end of the
