Attempted Abduction and Body Swap

During June 2026 one night while I was relaxing in bed I spontaneously appeared in my living room. It was pitch black and I could barely see anything. Another version of me lifted my hands into the air and started to touch all of my fingers to my thumbs in what seemed like some sort of calibration practice. This version of me remained aware and watching unable to understand what was happening or directly control the body. My fingers felt longer and skinnier than they should have been and moved in such a graceful way with such flexibility that I am not able to accomplish regularly with my hands. Shortly after this occurred, I felt a strong force from across the living room start pulling me towards the window as I moved closer to the window, I became scared and started to fight back. I couldn't see who was trying to take me or if they could be trusted. Before I reached the window, I appeared back in my bed as of nothing had happened. The next morning when I woke up, I found a purple and red mark on my arm that looked to be a needle mark of some sort.
