Mantis Encounter and Time Travel

On May 23rd 2026 during a meditation retreat that I had taken with the intention of retrieving blocked memories, I travelled back into a previous memory and had a new interaction with mantis beings. During the meditation I was in an extremely deep trance state and was directing my intention towards retrieving a memory. My vision took me to a place I had stayed at earlier in my life when I lived with my ex-partner. We were both laying in the bed sleeping but I had become aware and entered the body in this particular moment in time and above me I saw a copy of my ex-partner standing over me. His face twisted until a grey type of mantis looking person materialized behind the overlay.

The skin was an orange, brown color the face was an upside-down triangle shape with large black eyes the texture like a fly and small mandibles where a mouth would be that seemed to have smaller mandible tentacle type appendages that were moving around from underneath them. The top of the head was covered in patches of very small thin fuzz. The neck was skinny and longer and the shoulders where very bulbous and rounded compared to humans.

I remember that as soon as I saw this being I was amazed and did not feel fear but was taking in the appearance and the fine details. Several feet behind the being stood another mantis person watching by the window. After several seconds of us looking at each other I felt them pull my consciousness out of that body and I found myself in some sort of space time warp where we were travelling across a colorful flat plane at exceptionally high speed. We then appeared back in my room. The main mantis being, with great care and gentleness, placed my awareness back into my present body. I then heard a male voice telepathically speak and ask "should we erase her mind" and a woman who had my voice replied saying "no, she worked hard for those". Then they left the space.
