Recalled a Memory of Being a Grey Type of Being

During September of 2026 I had a spontaneous memory recall that I experienced as a visual overlay. I was holding a pen in my left hand and in the memory, I was a grey type of being and was holding a cylindrical type of device where the pen would have been. Surrounding me was a small group of short Bob grey type beings and I remember feeling a sense of love or care for them.
