Mantis Encounter During Deep-Space Experience

During March of 2025 I was doing the gateway process and was achieving remote viewing and astral projection. One of the first places that I projected to was some place in deep space surrounded by red nebula. In front of me I saw a black line going vertically in each direction as far as I could see. To the left and to the right of this line the fabric of space was flowing outwards into reality like a fluid. I remember seeing distant celestial bodies, but I cannot remember the exact specifics of what they looked like. I know that there were planets and there were many stars.

After this during another meditation during the gateway process, I returned to this location however this time I was intercepted by what I suspect was a grey type of mantis person. The being materialized inches from my face far off to the right to where only one of its eyes was visible. I then felt a sensation like my face/energy was being pulled towards it and felt my astral or subtle body start to turn inside of my physical body towards the being. The Mantis had also energetically materialized in my room. After a several seconds of this I became scared and felt extremely dizzy/nauseous, the being then stopped and disappeared from my space.
