Orb Visitation in Bedroom

When I was younger during the years 2018 to 2019 I was experiencing a series of events tied to grey contacts from childhood. I remember one night my ex-partner and I turned in for the night and shortly after we had turned the light off and headed to bed the entire room lit up for a brief second with this white glow. On the other side of our room an orb had materialized and flashed a white light into the room before disappearing into darkness. I have seen orbs in the sky for many years but never this intense where they have come into my home. This experience was unlike the rest and left both of us very confused.
